My 2010 zuma build

Postby Banshee1 » Sat Mar 08, 2014 3:13 pm

I don't have any pics when it was bone stock. In this pic I just switch the bars out, and cleaned up the signal lights. I believe I was running the top trophy bbk at this point, and the pipe is a stage6 pro/rep.Image

This is how it sits as of now....

Motor mods

Stage6 MKI race bbk, full circle crank, stage6 pro pipe, Dell carb, full stage6 trans etc etc....

Cosmetic mods

Gyronetics 13 inch wheels for an aerox, stage6 forks, 280mm rotor, brembo caliper, Doppler rear shock, Renthal bars, etc ect...

Hope you like it, it's been a fun project... I have a stretch kit waiting to be put on

It looks great! I'll bet that's a very fun ride. :) Thank you for sharing.

Which forks did you order that bolted onto the Zuma? Were any modifications needed?

These are the forks, and they are a direct bolt on. With that said I'm not sure if the stock zuma brakes would work without some modifications needed. I had all the Aerox stuff when I mounted them.

I haven't had a chance to GPS it with the MKI race kit. I had the stage6 sport/pro bbk all last season with everything else the same, and it did a touch over 60 mph.
