The problem is not getting them.. Its that tuning the 100 cc and getting parts for it is tuff... As some cases match... So i can use 50cc parts... But some times... I get screwed big time, as i import most of my parts self. There is s importer for malossi in JOhannesburg, Vespa agent... But they dont aleays get the good stuff... For example.. The stock delta clutches... But dont get bells... Somi had to import my own bell. Torsion controller... Dont bring it in.

Ive got such a big wish list or parts... Yet dont know if they will fit AND work.

So am I. The more info I can get on a bws 100 the better. I just put the taida 117 kit from Drow on mine. Runs ok but gets very hot. Havent spent too much time tuning yet.

Do you have any cooling issues w/your bike? I don't see any cooling shrouds in the pic.? Chris.

no, no issues with cooling.. the shroud around the fan still directs the air over the barrel fins.

we barely have a race season going... and its just to fast... the guys get a 50 kg lightweight to race against a 100kg fat bastard like me....

so we just mess aorund with the scoots.... do Scooters to Hooters Runs.. do burnouts.. fun stuff!! LOL!

SO after browsing through your site, and all the porting pics and threads.... it gave me the hunger for some more power!!!

SO... over the weekend, i started taking the scooter apart..

my plan is to port some more, and hopefully with a little luck and some more ELBOW grease.. sanding and polishing ill get some more HP!!

will post pics of the process.
