With your performance, a lot of high end cylinder manufacturer's seem to publish durations of 194-196 ex to 126-128 transfers. I've used the C16 with a Motoforce Racing cylinder, and the scooter ran really well. I wouldn't quite give up on your cylinder yet. :) Have you tried lighter rollers? It sounds like you got better performance with the heavier ones but I'm curious about the results of just working through a range of weights and noting the differences.
