Looks very good :D ! Is that a set of Kiesler extensions? If so what do you think of them? Are they pretty stiff and sturdy?
The CVT is seriously underestimated by some!

Yes you are right they are.
They feel good to me, i thought i would forever be tightening it all up but it stays together real well.
A good complete kit and if thats what you were after i would recomend it.

Makes getting to all engine bits easy !!

Thanks! I have heard mixed results from those..... Did you need to get longer, or extend any of your cables, wiring etc?

Yea the back brake cable has been a punish, so far ive gotten away with re routing it more efficiently.

And the spark plug lead didnt reach so i moved the coil closer to the motor.

Looks good.

What kind of "bits" do you have on there?
Good intensions, poor results.

Somehow, I missed this one. It looks cool! I'll bet it gets a lot of attention! Is that one of the Innova blue tires on the front, or is it just me?

Best,

That is a real cool bike... I had a similar issue bending the "sub frame" with a bolt on extension. Till I welded it... Different bike but same issue
Keep an eye on the Jw stuff My pipe from them broke at every possible stress point. Had me chasing jets till I started finding the cracks. By then the kit was toast. Even the Cly skirt cracked...

I don't use the choke. I warm my fuel in a spoon, and inject it into the vacuum line.

I have the jiangwayne carbon pipe for my 2012 zuma 4t. No cracks or leaks after 14,000 miles. Maybe because it isn't an expansion style?
