They aren't bad cell pics, they're hawt! Very very nice bike! I like it quite a bit, you're doing a nice and thorough job. I assume you're not using the seat bucket?

The whole job so far looks awesome. Keep it up!

Very nice and clean fuel tank...I would "grind & polish" those weldings a little bit

Yeah, it's definitely worth browsing around your photos. You've got some really really nice projects!

What dyno is that that you use? Looks similar to the DOS based Dynojet software I had on my Dynojet 150, but doesn't look quite the same.

Judging from your intakes, I think that exhaust fabrication is most certainly not going to be a problem! It looks like you've made plenty of them already anyway.

I don't have any dead Minarelli exhausts laying around. If I did, I'd offer to just chop off the flange and drop it in the mail. :/

Thanks for the compliments.Ya shes an old dos dyno.Pretty solid though. My boss has been runnin it hard since it was new.He modified the street bike dynojet to run the quads thats why it looks funny.Anywho started on the pipe today.Used the manifold off my old exhaust and cut a cup for it.Might make a better manifold later down the road.Got it all rolled seamed and fitted in a day. Here is a pic if I remember how to unload pictures. Your work is friggin' awesome. I love the attention to detail. Is that bedliner I see on the edm finish plastics? How is it holding up on the polypro plastic?
