It's not really a drain hose - it's supposed to re-route back to the inlet system to catch oil vapors and it's part of the PCV system. I see you have an aftermarket air filter, so plumbing that line back into the filter duct isn't really an option for you... I would look for a small powersports oil catch can, and make sure you have a filter on the end of the can that opens to the atmosphere.

I've got photos somewhere of an oil catch can that I put on my friend's Ruckus, but I don't have time at the moment to dig around for it... If I stumble across the thing I'll post it up!

It was the cap that goes over the valves. It needed the interior cap that goes over the little maze inside the cap that goes on to the valve assembly. Stupid me easy fix.

I'm glad to read that you got the problem repaired to your liking. If you are going to leave the other end of that hose exposed to the atmosphere, you should still use an oil catch can and a filter on the atmospheric end.

Kind Regards,

Did your valve cover not come with the plate on the inside or something? Odd.
