PCH 50 mystey solved! Why doesn't anybody work on them?

Postby rideveryday » Mon Nov 16, 2015 7:48 pm

I just discovered my Lance PCH 50 has a XS1P37QMA-2 engiine in it.
It is the same engine in the SYM Fiddle, Symlicity, Orbit 2, and Mio.

Who workes on them in Winston-Salem?
Is that engine type that unusual?

Is the Gy6 it's clone?

Comments please?

Do you have a photo of the engine? I would be surprised if it's the same engine as one would find in the Mio. If you can post a photo, maybe we can tell you more about it.

The scooters you listed don't all have the same engine though: The SYM Fiddle II 50cc has a QMB139 style engine that's a long case. The plain Fiddle has a 2-stroke engine. I'm not sure about the Symplicity or Orbit for better or worse. The Mio is a bit of a different type of 4-stroke engine from all of them.

Kind Regards,
